Sayed Yousef, DPT, MSc, DScc, FCE Certified.

Administrator of Home Health Services.

One of the founding partners and is the Administrator of Regency Home Health Care. As an Administrator his primary clinical duties are shared with the administrative responsibilities of the agency. As a founder, he and his partners have established the high level of clinical expertise and a deep commitment to patient care.
Dr. Yousef earned a BS in Physical Therapy in 1989 and advanced Master of Science in Orthopedic Physical Therapy in 1995 and a Doctorate Degree in Physical Therapy in 2016.  After over 80,000 treatments and many continuing education courses in manual therapy, he is considered a master clinician and a resource for other staff members. Dr. Yousef’s clinical expertise is held in such high regard that many physicians and physical therapists from other organizations come to him for treatment.

Sandra Gliva, RN, Wound Care Certified

Director of Clinical Services  

Sandra graduated from Nursing School in 1993 in Chicago, IL, and began working at a large Level 1 Trauma Center in the post-surgical/Ventilator Step Down unit. After 15 months she began working part-time as a Home Health Registered Nurse, and it only took three months to realize Home Care is where she belonged. It has now been over 25 years since becoming a full-time Home Health Nurse. She spent many years in the field learning and growing as Home Health is ever-changing. She has experience as a Case Manager, On-Call RN, Supervisor, Education Leader/Preceptor, and Director of Nursing. Always striving for growth as a clinician, Sandra trained and worked closely with a Wound Ostomy and Continence Nurse for over five years. She has become Wound Care Certified and taken extended courses in Coding, Oasis, and Medicare Regulations. Sandra states “I am very grateful to lead Regency Home Health Care with the teamwork of Dr. Sayed Yousef (Administrator) our exceptional management team, support staff and most importantly our clinicians that provide excellent treatment, care, and compassion to our deserving patients.”

Josie Macauley

Business Manager

Josie has worked in all aspects of Home Health Care Services since 2007. In her former roles her responsibilities included Staffing, Therapy Coordination, and Office Management. Josie joined the Regency Team in 2015 as a Therapy Coordinator and was promoted to Business Manager in 2020. Josie’s experience and knowledge makes her an asset to our team of professional staff and clinicians.
